Need Dasher to do the Winter missions

Does anyone have a spare Dasher they can send to me, no matter what I seem to do I never get Dasher. Lambda Mu are unhelpful as they say the drops are random but didn't confirm if Dasher is actually in the drops or not been playing since the update and have all the reindeer except Dasher so cant do any splicing.

Can return with any of the other reindeer or utopium or an animal if I have it.

I can confirm that all Reindeer are in the game. No one's missing. Unfortunately, the chance of finding a specific reindeer is random, so every time you have a 1/9 (11%) chance of getting Dasher. The only things you can do is to keep finishing the Reindeer Games, catch Santa more often or indeed, find someone to trade with.
